It is an official document of ISCO3 (International Scientific Committee of Ozone Therapy).
The 2nd ed. of the Madrid Declaration reflects the latest medical and scientific advances occurred in the ozone therapy scientific world. Data summarized in this document are based on more than 2000 scientific publications, books and papers listed in the ISCO3 Ozone Therapy International Library.
The 1st. edition was issued on June 4, 2010. For its updating ISCO3 asked ozone therapist around the world to propose modifications and proposals. ISCO3 received a high and important number of them from very different countries.
