“For the Unification of Criteria in the Practice of Ozone Therapy”
For the Declaration 4th. ed. which will be published next year (2025), ISCO3 (International Scientific Committee of Ozone Therapy), depositary of the Declaration, requests the collaboration of ozone therapists around the world to propose modifications, additions, corrections to the current 3rd. which was published in 2020.
In this way, as in previous editions, ISCO3 expects to receive a significant and important number of duly substantiated proposals from ozone therapists from very different countries around the world.

With the contributions received, the different drafts written by the members of ISCO3, and after exhaustive and intense investigative work and scientific exchange, the MD25 will be approved by the members of ISCO3.
Editions of the Madrid Declaration on Ozone Therapy
1st edition (2010): With texts in human medicine.
2nd edition (2025): With texts in human medicine and dentistry.
3rd edition (2020): With texts in human medicine, dentistry, and veterinary.
Declaration Achievements
The Madrid Declaration on Ozone Therapy has made it possible to work with specific objectives, in a unified manner, ensuring a practice with great precision and safety.
The Declaration has become a reference document for those who practice ozone therapy and is therefore available in different languages, with English being the official document.
In all its editions the Declaration has reflected the latest, important and significant medical and scientific advances that have occurred in the scientific world of ozone therapy.
