ISCO3 is pleased to invite healthcare professionals to the 4th International Congress of the Madrid Declaration on Ozone Therapy and the post-congress course that will take place in the days following the congress.

The Declaration is a living document, celebrating 15 years of existence, updated every five years (2010, 2015, 2020, and on June 5, 2025, the 4th edition will be launched). The Madrid Declaration is the only truly global document on ozone therapy, and its different editions have been translated into at least ten languages.

Objectives of the International Congresses

• Emphasize solid scientific training based on scientific foundations, using appropriate pedagogical methods, experienced teachers, and scientific sponsorship from accredited institutions. This will help maintain a high level of updating, exchange, and collaboration among all professionals, laboratories, and medical and academic institutions working on research, development, and clinical applications related to ozone therapy.

• Promote the development of basic research and the execution of clinical trials on ozone therapy, with results aimed at harmonizing current therapeutic procedures based on the efficacy/risk balance.

• Reiterate the introduction of good clinical practices.

• Encourage the publication of results to disseminate major findings in the fields of pharmacological, toxicological, preclinical and clinical research, technology, legal aspects, and good clinical practices in the application of ozone therapy.
